LOW INCOME EFFICIENCY PROGRAM RESULTS

24,500 low income homes owned by low income Nova Scotians have had free energy efficiency retrofits by Efficiency Nova Scotia's HomeWarming since 2006 (fall 2023)

Average annual energy bill savings for program participants are $1,700 (non-electrically heated homes) and $860 (electrically heated homes).

Over 380 buildings have had efficiency upgrades under the Affordable Multi-Family Housing Program - apartment buildings, shelters, non profits.
